Loads intro.ogg All the Time

Hello all,

Well Everytime I restart the client it always updates Intro.ogg, Generally I can deal with this (not atm Capped ) But this doesnt seem to be the issue as such, So I had an issue with getting past the Loading Realm Data and I found the problem with that, (Firewall was turned on) So I turned it off, restarted the game, loadinded the Intro.ogg file again (Takes 20 mins on capped internet ) - So Anyways I get in create my character this time, then it starts loading all the resources, it got down to like 2 to go errored, then I restarted, (loaded intro.ogg again) went in and I am currently at the same point. If it errors again I shall post my Log file to see. But each Time its like a 30 minute process - Anyone seen these issues?

1. Intro.ogg always updates
2. Erroring at 2 files remaining to download.
