game crashing and premium content help

after this latest update 1.6.6 i m facoing wierd problem....
wen i switch characters sometimes i crash dont know y...
and that also wen switch from korag to wolf knight.....
pls help.... what should i fix in my pc?

and second help... i m not of a credit card payment person.... the only way i can pay for premium is by sms... which is not available in my country.. (india)
is there any way to earn ximerins? i only need 4000 xim not more that that.. or even less 2400 only... u might know y as well
is there any option to earn like doing offers or surveys then earn ximerins pls help.....
and thirdly i dont recieve email wen i get reply from my posted forums pls enable that too i dont how to do that.
i will be thank ful if i get all this help
