Let me give you an example. I started CrossFit being able to run a mile in about 6:45. Three months later, I ran the mile in 5:22 - and I'm 35 :O
I'm bigger, stronger, and faster than I ever was doing traditional weight training. It is very hard, not for everyone - but is a great program.

Crossfit is similar (but better in my opinion) than P90x.
THE TAKEAWAY FROM ALL OF THIS: I want everybody that plays RO to be fit and active
Starting (nearly any) exercise program is better than a 24/7 sedentary lifestyle. Running realm to realm does NOT count as cardio; especially for the mounted-folk

Seriously though, I know I am going against the grain by preaching fitness to my fellow gamers; I just figured I can offer friendly advice to help everybody stay in shape. The internet (and gaming community) are great outlets for us to teach one another (among killing and zerging)
