Anyways, it can be really handy if you need to trade items from 2 chars on different accounts. Something i do on a regular basis and theres not really a way around it without character transfers between accounts and more extended accounts.

Apart from that there isnt really lots of use beside self healing while grinding, which i wouldnt describe as cheating but as some kind of abuse - which of course could get sanctioned if reported.
