Resources keep downloading

well, sadly, buying a whole new computer is not an option for many...

Very true, hard to know how many are trying out RO and giving up because of this. Seen a few folks come to the forum to try and sort it out but for every one that does there may be a hundered that just download another f2p game.

As far as I can remember it's only an issue on windows, could get my hands dirty and try and find out whats happening but would like some pointers.
