The problem is that warlocks still have the same lvl37 spells that they had before warmasters. They still have the same dmg like a lvl37 player... After warmasters every class got better armor, bigger hp, +2000 hp beacons(!), and have access to a setup with more defense. This is a drastically defense increasing while warlocks still have lvl37 spells without boosts.
Other classes got better weapon, got enough power points to maximize their damage, archers have magical arrows now, +15% dex bonus, warriors can walk around with 2x +7% attack speed gem. Warlocks second strongness were the CC spells, Sultar's Terror, Master of Doom, etc. Terror nerfed (useless now), others spells are countered with offensive beacons easly. Basicaly there aren't a good warlock spell now except darkness and slow... In RvR warlocks can't kill anybody alone, just try it out, 6000-7000 hp with high armor, defense buffs, you need to use lighting+iceblast at least twice but you don't have 30s in RvR... Barbarians kill you in 4 secs, Marksmen from 52m range can shoot you with dmg what you can never have as a warlock.
