Default ROLauncher Error

Heya,
I've encountered this problem today. At first I re-installed the game, and I solved the problem.
Now it appears again, and I can't everytime I wanna play, I have to re-install. I troubleshoot it. it gives me this error

"Can not enumerate files in directory '.\LogFiles\WMI\RtBackup' (error 5: access is denied.)"

I can start up, enter my pass and when I select enter game world, the launcher seems to freeze at "Connecting... Checking Firewall"

EDIT: Well I tried re-installing the game as before...now the same happens stuck at "Connecting...Check Firewall..."
