No crowd or large body of people can be trusted to act humanely, or to think sanely under the influence of a great pride in themselves.

Kill the head, and the body cannot function. There doesnt need to be a leader in the group, but as with most people there are Dominant personalities, and the elimiation of those dominant personalities in the group will bring the downfall of said group. Such personality types dont necessarily need to be bad or negative leaning either, to cause the group to fall over. It can be done.

And when all that fails, just kill all their Conjs. Alsius has a bunch of those. Cant hold anything if you cant get healed or buffed.
