health/mana stats broken after levelling

I have a warlock who leveled from 14 to 15, while talking with an NPC who gave XP for a completed quest. After leveling to 15, my health stats are broken. My health keeps reading 1190/954. If I go below 954 and rest, my health goes only back to 954/954. If I use vampirism, my health goes to 1190/954. If I logoff and log back in, my health starts at 800/954 and grows to 1190/954. It's completely messed up!! Also, my mana didn't grow while leveling from 14 to 15, but it otherwise behaves normally. I'm still upset that the mana didn't grow after levelling, though.

Does anyone know how to fix this??? Is there a /reset command that fixes health and mana for my level 15 warlock?
