Quest bug -> still have all items but no quest

I cant find any support email, so I hope someone will help me here.

Everything went ok (except the fact that the client crashes sometimes) but last quest went wrong.

It was something around the runestones, I had to place several items on the altar in withering heights (or whatever it is) and I did. The problem is, that I still have all the items: several jugs and one jar, coal, and maybe other stuff, and even the rune ring, but the quest dissapeared. I spoke with the NPC, but it didn't say the quest was completed.

What now? Can somebody fix this?
