2 quests I'm having trouble with

Leaving Essadi town. I completed up to killing the rock monster, and now it says I have to find Jafet. I searched all over Alaruck and cannot find this npc, I've been looking for him for 3 days now.

2nd one is "Against ourselves" where you go to a coliseum. Remia told me to kill 8 warrior zombies that are near by. I cannot find these monsters and spent over an hour searching the area. Only monsters there are tarantulas, gryphans (Young and adult) and Lichs. There is one super powerful zombie there that is called a champion, that thing is impossible. I can kill all the other stuff pretty easily.

I would really appreciate some help with these.
