Ubuntu/linux install help

I tried to download Regnum under wine but I get an error message when pressing the Regnum icon, saying:

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Regnum Online\RegnumOnline.exe

I'm not very familiar with ubuntu, so using the terminal is pretty hard for me. I've also installed the rolauncher package for linux but I don't know how to get it working -.-''.

The graphic card I'm using is NVIDIA GeForce 6 series if that is to any help.

I've also installed Regnum under my WindowsXP virtual box but then I get an error message saying something like: You doesn't support Direct3D renderer.

I would love to be able to play this game and would appreciate it very much if someone would help me, I've looked in other threads for help but I don't find anything which helps me. :/
