important about new update(read not a rant)

this is an important subject about new update..not a NGD rant.

the thing is that now like about 30 server reset/crashes ago or something if someone moves behind you or out of your face while your casting a spell you wasted mana and time.

im not sure if this is intended or a bug like lastime (im here to lisen discus and ask)

a litel history: back them we used this as a strategy, then it was removen and we got used to it now all of a suden its gone or back!?

was this intended or some bug?

and lets see if people like and your experiances with it since all i got is pissed the hell of from a pt ignitian marks


ANOTHER THING VERY IMPORTANT

mages have either lost alooot of hit chance OR evades/block went up by a billons!

well i use the +concentration buff all the time and +5 dexerty gloves and even on a mage i miss 2/3 hits...this is a major out of balance bug, alot of warlocks dont have areas because of this and if i guesed right mages got the disadvantege now.

anyone has experiances to back this up please or the oposite before i waste NGDs time reporting a bug thats false
