The war is always happening.
If you go out your realm, after 2 gates there is the War Zone, Besides, you should be lvl 30 or more to go there. Here you have some info: Regnum Online Guide: Battles And Horus is a server, he's asking about your realm. I mean Syrtis, Ignis or Alsius. Anyway, very Good Luck! Hope you have fun in this game!
