Marksman armor problem

I don't know if it's just me, but my lvl 21 Marksman cannot wear the armor for her level. I play in Ignis realm and I don't think it's me. The upgraded armor shows up with a red glow at the merchant, and I had a mob drop the breastplate only to get the same red glow on the item. So there has to be a problem with the item, not the merchant. Also, it is listed as being for 'archer lvl 21', then it tells me that I am not the correct subclass (???). Yet I know from my other character that knights and barbs can buy 'warrior' armor as I have a barb as well. So what are Marksmen to do after level 19? Could someone please look into this? Please?
