Game loads the Resources then stops, HELP

Hi,
I start the game and put in my user name and the password and the movie plays but when the i get to the part where u load the resources it loads them but then the 99 resources word fade a little bit and the music starts playing but the charactor scene doesn't show up. I redownloaded the game but the same problem happens. Is there like and updater that I have to download or am I doing something wrong? If you can help it would be Appreciated. Thanks
