Game dont pass the intro Movie.

Hi there, im having a litle problem....today at night wen i got home i tryed to play the game, it made like a update (its normal...some times it does) but wen i try to play, it passes the ngd logo char and wen it get to the movie 2 things happen.

1 - If i press "esc" the screen frezzes, still i can move the mouse, but it just dont go to my char

2- I tryed to wait pass the movie and it stops to, but the screen turns black, again..i can move the mouse....

This never happend before and im afraid that ill lose all my hard work on leveling my char.

I whant to know if its just me, cause i see people playing the game, but i just cant enter it. Please give me some ints on this matter.

ps: my OP is windows xp
