Spell Elude: Still Useful?

I found it very usefull, but just on level 5; you can use it because of long duration and more resist of enemie's magical attacks.
As archer it help against a lot of popular archer attacks, like arcana strike, ethereal arrow... and it helped against sultar chains too...
You resist really more often.
BUT:
if you are lower level player it will never help, against higher level players... because of too much differences at stats, and powers and it "eats" a lot of mana... so you have to use it in right time, and width less "mana burner" setup.
