You can trigger a similar bug but it is very hard.
Sometimes when you respawn at a save the character is still lying on the ground and you can kite with the lying character through the world until an animation is played. If you cast a horse you will stand on your horse and it looks like you are surfing on it. It lasts forever... until you dismount or use the wave animation.
