FPS so low to play

I have the las version of regnum installed and updated in a Debian, but I have a problem with FPS, so slow.

my config:

Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz
Memory Corsair DDR2 Twin2x 2048 6400C4 G (2G)
nVidia Corporation G72 [GeForce 7300 SE] (rev a1)
Driver nVidia versão 195.36.15 (last version)
ADSL 1MB

I play PSX games so easy with epsxe, I try put card and game config low, but it dont work. Have I do anything wrong?
