Admin pls read and help

I have no problem logging on,the storyline loads and everything without a problem but when i get the character select screen the screen turns black and stays black,doesnt load at all,only thing that is there is the mouse cursor for the game,i can moev it around but cant select my character to play,i made an account and played it for about 30min - 1hr earlier without a problem but now at my house i cant do anything please help

what could be causing this problem,here is my comp info :
