The word you were looking for is polygamous. Now the opposite of poly is mono, but monogamous is used in a different context. Secondly; who cares how many wives someone has? Does that harm you? I think all religion is completely retarded. I'm an uber-militant atheist, but I don't give a rat's ass who you sleep with, or with how many, male or female. That's none of my business.
Anyway, just think a little more before you use a word you don't know. Saves my blood-pressure.
