Download problem

okay so every time I try to download the game about a quarter of the way through a screen comes up that says "fail please try again later" but every time i do the same thing happens!! I've even tried just starting my computer over and trying again but still no dice

can someone help me please? Im using a HP 6530b laptop with windows xp. Any help at all would be great!
