Balance in the other hand can mean a lot of different things.
In my opinion balance in this game would mean that every class would have a chance against other classes in 1v1 situations - and a group of players with a mixture of classes would have similar chances against an equal size of group with a different mixture of classes. How to achieve these things is a bit more difficult question though..
There is a prejudice or attitude of bias in favor of the interests of one's own class and against those of members of other classes.
