Strange water effect

Hello, I've recently logged into Regnum Online to check the progress of the game and noticed a strange water texture in the Syrtis initiation zone. For testing purposes I enabled all settings and set everything to max, in case it was a "feature" of the lower graphic settings. It still persists. I'm wondering if there is any way to fix this rainbow colored water or if it was indeed intentional?
