Problem with download page??

Hey...

Anyone have issues with the download page? I re-installed my OS and was gonna download the installer and...

Downloader gives "error_2" and if it goes through it gets this..

Not Found

The requested URL / Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_remote_addr() in /home/rgwww/www/regnumonline.com.ar/sections/download_process.php on line 75 was not found on this server.

Anyone else have this issue?
