RO loads very slowly

as the title says, since ca 1week all the game loads every data with only
~30kb/s instead of ~300kb/s before.
The problem came independend from the update and
few other players have this, too.
The result is that the update had to load over two hours
and situations with many people (bosses) are impossible.
The ping goes to infinity and i get disconnected...
Strange is that only RO loads in this way, with other games
i have no promblems and the internet is quite good.

What could i do to solve this?
