Event, Xim or Quest items

I dont know if this has been posted before.

Items I have that should be able to be moved about my chars, I can't, why?, they are mine, they arent going to any one else, for instance, mounts, I have a couple of low lvl chars with no mounts, and high lvls with, I want to buy a new style mount but I dont see why I should have 2 mounts on one char, shouldnt I be able to move them, also mags I can no longer move them to account stash
to use on one char, so it will take a life time and a half to get a mag weapon. I also have a sword I probably will never get to use, a prize from the World cup event, oh, thats right, duel wielding , well were still waiting for that to happen.

Could you not mark all items I buy or win with my account or something similar so they can be moved about my account, would it be that hard to do?
