Default STILL cannot redeem code from Alienware

I'm still waiting for an answer as to why my character isn't allowed to redeem codes, when the one my son created the same day was able to. My other son also cannot redeem codes and we all created accounts and characters on the same day.

I guess that the answer to my problem is just going to be ignored. No one has bothered to answer the support ticket I posted over a week and a half ago and the thread that was posted got closed, but not resolved. I can understand being busy, but a week and a half???? Please!! Obviously they only care about getting people to play, not helping them when they need it.
