24 hours bann on amun ??

Hello from Germany,
I hope to post right here.
We Wisen not whether some of you have the same problem, but we were banned players on the server amun. From the support they got the information that it is a 24 hour ban, because of speed hack. Since not all players use hacks of the ban, is obviously a mistake

Since we know it to Amun kitch time before something like this has ever been because of problems and Gamigo in Germany is not responsible for the support of Amun, it would be nice if we could get here any further information which exists for a problem.
