Most of the time in fort wars we're fighting outside the fort, it's almost the same fights, just not in those places. And zergy if you only capture one enemy fort.

Seriously, isn't that enough space? We also occupy the whole path to the save. In most fights I've been, we fight outside the fort, it's as if it was open field, though some can escape death by running inside the fort. Big deal.
Also, in open field fights it's much easier to run away since there's more space for those pussy hunters to run, rocks to camo behind, etc. Teleporters have a huge CD, they can't always use them like they can cast Mobility, Distracting shot, Camouflage, etc.

Oh yes, there's nothing more fun than wasting 10 minutes running to Algaros/Trelleborg/Eferias/Imperia just to arrive late for the fight.

Before the teleports: Waste time running to a fort, camp it, die, 25% chance of running back to the same fort 25% moving to a diferent fort 50% do nothing, meet enemy at the bridge, fight, die. Repeat.

Both kinda suck, except that the purpose of teleporting is to capture and defend enemy forts to be able to invade that realm. Most of the action comes from there. Too bad there's time zone imbalances.
