I know, but guess what platform games are usually developed for. No, PC only games are rather unusual. PC games are just ports and hence limited to console graphics.

But it seems I have to correct my statement, you can actually need a decent PC nowadays, my copy of The Witcher 2 arrived and... Well it's it's quite hardware consuming. Way more than Crysis.
