I'm trying to play a game called maple story and if anyone knows the game and can help me with my problem i wud appreciate tht

my problem is tht wen i try to play the game it says my internet connection is not working or connection to the server failed and im looking at my internet box and the lights are flashing green and ready to go

wats the problem?
