NGD has never stopped people from the other forums from speaking here. Several users here quite obviously have Muspell, Niflheim, Raven or Piranha accounts and clearly state so in their signatures. To say that NGD punishes users from other Regnum communities is entirely false, as even one of the long-time moderators of the English forums, DkySven, was originally involved in Tyr. They just don't want you posting direct links to videos or other content from other servers. You're more than welcome to post a link to your home page, your YouTube profile, your Facebook or anything like that where players can find your videos on their own.
