sharing horse or horse cart in game

every1, and all ngd authority, i have a small sujjestion for a game and wish to do that,
every1 in the game cant buy horse and it creates problem in wars like every1 runs from horse but ppl who dont have horses come running by legs, and sometimes just coz of 1 person every1 needs to run by legs, specially when there is no warmaster.... and by the time till we run to another fort, the previously captured fort is captured by other realm..

so wat i was thnking was lets have a share horse option....
the one who has permanent horse can share the horse to other person who dont have horse, or a horse cart to put in regnum... the cart can include not more that 4 ppl inside or 3... and the horse can include just 2... the one who owns the horse and other who shares.....

whoever feel like this is kool option pls vote for it
