New Confuse : Thoughts ?

I'd second a vote to make darkness dispel-able, today i got called a noob for not healing a barb who was under darkness, so after we won, and I rezzed him, he promptly said that and left.

but on topic again about possibly having a decent cast debuff (remember those goblins?) that would generally be the idea, as i'd rather the game focus on lowering effectiveness of a player, be it armor, attack speed, damage etc, not complete disabling (aside from knocks/freeze/stuns etc.
