Players inactive/quit/left for raven

This isn't meant to be a flame post, just a simple seek for those who know players that have.

I have a empty Friends list, and I have no clue where they went. I dont want to discourage new players from thinking..well so many people left..because we all have our reasons, not always include RO.

Hmm or would it be better to ask in game if they know where certain people went to? whats the most tactful way of finding out?
