Some Questions

I got some Questions to ask that are :
1) Does the Elixer of Transformation of the Halloween Event,remains after the event?
2) Is Herioc Presence still broken? If yes please fix,Knights are more valuable with them
3) Why are magnites not tradeable now? And is there any chance that they become tradeable?

Right now these are the questions I have, If I can get an answer it would be great.
