The start of this balance cycle had a lot riding on it, for me at least, it delivered some decent changes but left a lot un-addressed (pointlessness of hunters, lock damage, barbs situational over/under poweredness, assorted classes range, walls on forts now losing a lot of their defense value in exchange for looking nice, continuation of gate-centric war, beacons and so on) and that statement of balance tweaks every other week has translated into nothing. And we can see in Bois gathering of dev comments thread that there are some interesting things they are working on, supposedly, instancing and such, but when you only hear some a dev after much nagging and its just a slip about a feature that may or may not eventually surface in a year or two its very disheartening. I mean when did we first hear about dual wield? That was "on the cards" for ages before we even got a basic animation test video. I once thought that given the resources NGD could do great things here, but as time has gone on they've seemingly grown as a company (new projects, staff etc) but Regnum has only gone downhill, such a waste. Ahh well. Skyrim.
