The point is, many players just want to play and already have fps problems. 7 fps might not seem much when it's about the difference between 65 and 72, but it is VERY much if means the difference between 17 and 24!

As nice as better graphics are, MMOs live from being available to many players, and those with lots of money to buy good PCs usually don't bother with playing F2P MMOs. Those with really old PCs shouldn't slow down progress too much, of course, but creating a new GUI that doesn't cost less fps if viewed with low details is basic, imo. Those with 24fps and less, who can just barely run Regnum, will thank you for it.
