Can't connect to server

Hi, i post a thread in technical support forum yesterday but since i use linux i should post it here.

When i select my character to start the game, in the loading page i stock for a while an then i get a message that say you are disconnected from server, i play regnum several days ago without problem.

Everything is ok using a tor network (some proxy) but since they are very slow i can't play well.

So i wonder is there any restriction or something for regnum server? for example does server block traffic from specific countries ?
