extream speed bug

today me and a few other players had issues with our chars moving to fast to controll , we also have a clan member who has this problem everyday in game name {Twinkle} Mine has since stopped but her keeps doing it , while not only making the game very hard to play . there are other players in game calling her a cheater. We would very much love you to correct this . And a post about this being a game issue and not a cheat on her part would be very respected.
