Where my great gem?

I have not played in Regnum April 2011 and now has decided to play in December 2011. I went into the game and did not notice that the stock account no great gem. I remember exactly what it had left him. The stone was +24-25 I do not remember, but now it is not. This is my pearl dropped out during the grind. I do remember that no one gave him no and did not changed anything. Where my great gem?
