Regnum Does Not Want To Start Up

Well as the title says, Regnum Online does not want to start up on my laptop for some reason. This is the first time(I tried it 3 times cause of failing today) I have downloaded-installed RO on this laptop and it keeps failing.

I made some screenshots, it goed from screenshot 1- when I press Ok it goed to the second screenshot- when I press Ok again it lets me log in. As soon as I log in, it patches around 1,6 mb and then it says cannot save etc. etc. as you can see on the 3rd screenshot.

I hope someone can help me, does anyone know this problem? How can I fix this?

P.S. first screenshot says ''Toegang Geweigerd'' in dutch. Which means ''Acces Denied''.
