Syrtis - N help with quest :(

Well I have sometimes problems with quests like "Get Rune Stone from Goblin Shaman Master"
1st time - getting smth from adult wolfes - I was counting - 1st day I killed 57 Adult wolfes (yes, on Sum eylis) - nothing. 2nd day I started the same - it dropped after 4th killed wolf.

Now I have problems with Goblin Shaman Masters - Im in Myil forest and trying to get Rune Stone - made half lvl 26-27 (120 exp from each shaman) and nothing

I was restarting game several times - doesnt help
How does getting these quest items work?
Is it normal to look for them for so long time?
