Big Dissconects on Rogers Inc

Hello

Wonder if any Canadian user's on Rogers Internet network have connection problems while in game and try to log in after character select

If any one has a work around please let me know,

Additional info, when i do a tracert to any IP, i receive a Request timeout to Rogers own server as its first connection on line 2, first line is my router ip..

need some help on this
