Crash Problems

Hi,

My son and myself have an account each, running different computers. I run Ubuntu OS my son runs Windows OS.

When I am on the game on my own, I have no problem at all, however when on the game with my son I have about 5 - 10 minutes before the game crashes... Is this something to do with using the same IP address as we have the same connection to the Internet?

If it is something to do with IP address or similar... Is there a way around it please?
