few changes in the game.cfg.
you cange "dbg_ignore_server_time = 0" to "dbg_ignore_server_time = 1"
and you have to set "env_time_of_day = x" to which time you want.
(I use "6", it is sunrise, looks best imo you have sun and moon at the same time :P)
You can also change the weather "env_weather = total_clear"

Mobs spawn is also affected by this change? I mean will i have permanent yetis and fast respawn at imp?
