Update Error Please Help

Everytime i press play it does the update and at the end it gives me an error
it sayin it cannot open the file for the live update Regnum exe. and can't copy the msvcp80.dll to the self update file Please Help .

It Won't let me Play the Game Maybe i should uninstall it and quit and 1 more thing i get error message for trying to go to the test
server too it's says error 5 what's up with that....
