Did resist rate increase?
Since the Champions Update, I can't help but notice even more resists than before when I'm playing - both my own powers and those cast on me. It seems rather ridiculous, so I want to see if this is happening to anyone else too. And if so, I want to know WHY the rate of resists has gone up yet again...
